IJstijd & Zoo
Snowy the Arctic Fox takes young adventurers on an exciting and educational audio tour along all the animals on a route through the park. The story can be read in parts on each information board, but it is even more fun to scan the QR codes on your smartphone, after which the story is told by voice actors. Children learn a lot about the ice age animals in a playful way, while they follow the colorful story closely.

Hulan has a passion for creating inspiring, engaging, and effective game and learning experiences. We combine serious games, gamification principles, advanced technologies, and other innovative approaches such as virtual and augmented reality to elevate learning and development to a higher level. In collaboration with Burgers' Zoo and utilizing the core points below, we were able to realize the IJstijd & Zoo.
Educational
IJstijd & Zoo is an educational audio tour that introduces children to the animals of the ice age in a playful way through an exciting adventure. The audio tour is suitable for both young and old and is a fun and educational addition to a day at the zoo.
Interactive
Not only do you see the ice age animals in real life, but you also learn all about them. By scanning the QR codes on your phone, the story of Snowy the Arctic Fox is told by professional voice actors. Making your day at the zoo an interactive adventure.
Collaboration
IJstijd & Zoo was developed in collaboration with the Royal Zoo Burgers' Zoo and is a fun and educational addition to the park's entertainment offerings that blurs the line between the real and virtual world.
